AI Rule of Law Development Index 3.0

With the development of AI industry and the increasing demand for intelligent social governance, the research on the AI rule of law has been deepened in practice. In order to implement the requirements of Development Plan on the New Generation of Artificial Intelligence released by the State Council, and based on the two-year exploration of the Index and assessment practices, the expert group has made appropriate modifications to the Index system, enhancing the focus on the implementation status of AI rule of law, public perception and development prospects, resulting in the AI Rule of Law Development Index 3.0.
