The Model and Method of Electricity Consumption Data Collection Based on Producer and Consumer

摘要

When collecting user power situation at the edge side, the collected data may be backlogged at the edge side due to the information processing capability of the collection device and the network communication overhead. To upload the collected data promptly, this paper designs a single producer and multiple consumers collaborative user electricity data collection model. The model dynamically adjusts the number of consumers by monitoring the data collection time and data upload time during the data collection process. Experiments test the performance of the electricity consumption data collection model under different numbers of consumers, and the experimental results show that the electricity consumption data collection model, which can dynamically adjust the number of consumers, can dynamically select the appropriate number of consumers, and upload the collected user power situation data promptly without significantly increasing the arithmetic burden on the edge side.
