摘要

Cerebrovascular embolism refers to various emboli in the blood (such as mural thrombus in the heart, atherosclerotic plaque, fat, tumor cells or air, etc.) enter the cerebral artery with the blood flow and block the blood vessel. When the collateral circulation cannot compensate, it causes ischemic necrosis of the brain tissue in the arterial blood supply area. Focal neurologic deficits were present. If it affects the language center, it will lead to language disorders or even aphasia and other corresponding symptoms. If it affects the motor center, it will appear. Hemiplegia Ataxia and other movement disorders, long-term poor posture after paralysis will lead to limb deformities.
