The Scouts Movement Leadership in the Arab Society in Israel and Its Effect on Community Engagement of Its Members

The aim of the study is to explore the correlation between the leadership of the Arab Scout movement counsels and the community engagement of its members. The research is a case study seeking to investigate the unique population of the Arab sector in the northern region of Israel and were conducted using quantitative analysis, by developing a questionnaire that were distributed to members and counselors from the Arab Scout Movement in Israel. The population of the study consisted of all members and counselors from the Arab Scout Movement in Israel. The study sample consists of 504 members and 50 counselors. The results showed that the means of FRLM (full-range leadership model) of the Scout movement counselors in the Arab sector were high. And the level of community engagement of members of the scout movement from the Arab sector in the north of the country counselors’ point of view came with very high level, the results showed that there a positive statistical significance correlation between the level of Transformational leadership with community engagement.
