Impact of Feminine Leadership Style and Feminine Organizational Culture on the Overall Performance of the Organization: Comparative Analysis

This study examined the impact of the feminine leadership style and feminine organizational culture on the overall performance of the organization in contrasting economies. The cross-sectional design was employed, and through the survey, 208 usable questionnaires were gathered. Quantitative research was used to find the correlation and significance of the relationship between the research variables. The findings revealed that the feminine leadership style significantly positively impacts the organization’s overall performance (p < α, 0.002 < 0.05). Moreover, there is a significantly strong positive correlation between the feminine organizational culture and the firm’s overall performance (p < α, 0.011 < 0.05). In addition to that, there is a significant positive correlation between feminine leadership style and feminine organizational culture (p < α, 0.000 < 0.05), irrespective of the type of the economy, not only the overall performance of the organization increases due to feminine style of leadership (p < α, 0.000). The feminine organizational culture has a significant role in improving the overall performance of the organization (p < α, 0.001). At the same time, feminine leadership is vital in creating a feminine organizational culture (p < α, 0.000). The implications of the research are discussed at the end of the research.
