摘要

The paper conceptualizes the entrepreneur as an entity navigating dynamic and uncertain environments. It aims to examine the factors predicting the entrepreneurial mindset and the relationship between the entrepreneurial mindset and success. The study aimed to understand how the entrepreneurial mindset is shaped and to examine how this mindset influences entrepreneurial success. The results suggest that an entrepreneurial mindset is mainly characterized by the ability to identify and act on opportunities, an orientation toward growth based on adaptability, an ongoing pursuit of personal development, and heightened metacognitive awareness. Notably, the trait of perseverance in the face of rejections and adverse events emerges as highly relevant. External elements, including the environmental context and external forces, play a role in shaping the success of an entrepreneur. Nevertheless, it is the internal attributes of the individual that form the essential foundation of this achievement. The research contributes by critically examining existing approaches and adds depth to comprehending the entrepreneurial mindset and its practical applications in predicting and nurturing entrepreneurial success.
