Failure Model and Multi-parameter Leakage Rate Analysis of Metal Rubber Seals
摘要
Because of its high/low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and other characteristics, metal rubber materials are widely used in aerospace, weapons and other key sealing fields. As a key component of sealing system, it is very important to analyze the reliability of metal rubber seals. The purpose of this paper is to study the failure model and leakage rate of metal rubber seals in static sealing system, and to provide prediction for its practical work. Firstly, the parameters of metal rubber seals are analyzed, the compression rate and relative density are selected reasonably, and then the failure forms of metal rubber seals are analyzed, and the strength failure model and degradation failure model of metal rubber seals are established. Finally, the calculation formula of the leakage rate of seals under the action of multiple parameters is derived based on the viscose-temperature and viscose-pressure equations. It provides a theoretical basis for the leakage rate analysis of metal rubber seals.
