Thermo-Structural Coupling Analysis and Verification of Antenna Deployment Hinges

In order to analyze the thermal deformation characteristics of antenna deployable hinge, the temperature field and thermal deformation of the deployable hinge were simulated and analyzed. A set of test system was built to test the thermal deformation of the deployable hinge, and the cubed mirror and theodolite were used to test the thermal deformation. The test results verified the correctness of the thermal deformation simulation analysis.
