Topology Optimization Design of Cartwheel Hinge Based on Response Surface Method
摘要
In this paper, a topology optimization design and post-processing method of a cartwheel flexure hinge is proposed. The model of topology optimization of cartwheel flexure hinge is established. And studied the topology optimization results of flexible hinges under different precision constraints. The goal of topology optimization is to maximize the compliance in the direction of rotation, and precision and maximum volume constraints are given. In order to eliminate the one-node connected hinges and gray elements of the topology optimization results, this work simplifies the results and sets some key sizes as the optimization variable of the response surface method. Finally, the response surface method is used to post-process the topology optimization results and obtain a cartwheel flexure hinge with excellent rotational compliance and precision.
