Research on the Innovative Design of TRIZ Patent Circumvention Based on Basic-Elements

To break the patent barrier, the combination of the extension basic-element model and TRIZ patent circumvention technology is applied to the circumvention design of patented products. Through functional and basic-element analysis to find out the circumvention target and circumvent the target, the change of the original model technology will inevitably cause the change of its sub-functions leading to the change of the overall system. Thus, we can achieve the goal of design avoidance, realize patent avoidance from the technical source, and carry out innovative design in a major and minor way. Finally, judge the feasibility of the program to avoid infringement. It is concluded that the basic-element model is combined with the functional model, and the advantages of both are organically combined to obtain a functional analysis patent avoidance design method based on the basic-element theory.
