Strength Analysis of AGV Chassis Based on Dynamic Load Spectrum of Hazardous Conditions

In response to the problem of insufficient strength of AGV chassis during operation, a chassis strength analysis method based on dynamic load spectrum of dangerous working conditions is proposed, and this method is applied to analyze the strength of a certain type of AGV chassis. Through the AGV chassis obstacle crossing test experiment, the vertical displacement response of the chassis during obstacle crossing is obtained; and the dynamic simulation analysis of this process is carried out to obtain the vertical displacement data of the chassis. Based on the comparison of experimental and simulation results, the contact parameters between the wheels and the ground are identified, and the model is calibrated. Finally, based on the calibrated model, the dynamic simulation analysis of the lifting operation process of AGV is carried out to obtain the dynamic load spectrum of the chassis under dangerous working conditions. The load spectrum is used as the boundary condition for chassis strength analysis, and the stress distribution of the chassis under lifting dangerous working conditions is obtained. The research results show that the maximum stress of the chassis under dangerous working conditions during lifting operation is 102.02 MPa, which is less than the yield limit of the chassis material of 180 MPa, and the chassis strength meets the working requirements.
