Inverse Seeking Method to Find the Force of the Variable Span Outrigger of Truck Crane Based on Analytic Method and Its Algorithm Realization

The lifting capacity of truck crane is usually determined by the overturning stability of the whole crane and the structural strength of the boom, and the reaction force of the outrigger is the key parameter to verify the anti-overturning stability of the whole crane. The traditional calculation method of outrigger re-action can only be applied to the condition that the expansion rate of four out-riggers is completely consistent. However, due to the limitation of construction conditions, the extension and contraction of truck crane outrigger in confined space can't be consistent. The traditional calculation method can't calculate the outrigger force in real time. On the one hand, it affects the normal play of lifting capacity, on the other hand, it can't guarantee the crane Safety of hoisting operation. In this paper, a simplified calculation model is used to analyze the force of crane's outrigger, and an algorithm based on analytical method for variable leg pressure of truck crane is proposed. A convenient calculation program has been developed to provide a simple method for the calculation of the reaction force of the variable span outrigger of a truck crane.
