Study on the Effect of Support Stiffness on the Load-Sharing Characteristics of Star Gear Transmission
摘要
In order to comprehensively learn the effect of support stiffness on the load-sharing characteristics of power-split gearing, the effect of the gear support stiffness on the load-sharing of a two-stage three-branch star gear transmission was studied in two mechanical conditions. The equivalent models of the system in static and dynamic conditions, and the static equilibrium equations and kinetic differential equations were developed, respectively. Changing the multiple-gear support stiffness, the load-sharing coefficient variation of the system in two conditions was acquired. The results show that in different mechanical conditions, the same gear support stiffness variation may produce different, even opposite load-sharing effects, which should be considered in actual conditions.
