摘要

Knee Osteoarthritis is one of the main knee joint diseases, severely affecting normal body movement and daily life. This article aims to improve the rehabilitation effectiveness in the later stages of recovery for patients by designing a wearable postoperative rehabilitation training device. Firstly, human gait data will be collected using motion capture devices, and the trajectory of the human gait will be analyzed. Secondly, based on the postoperative rehabilitation needs of patients, an innovative design of wearable rehabilitation training device will be developed. This device will utilize ankle joint movements to drive mechanisms that can provide resistance training and walking assistance, aiming to achieve the goal of assisting in the rehabilitation process. Finally, experimental validation will be conducted using motion capture devices to demonstrate the feasibility of this device. This will provide valuable data and evidence for the development of lower limb assistive rehabilitation devices in the future.
