Design and Analysis of Automatic Tightening Device for Non-standard Screw Connection

Automatic tightening device is designed for the tightening of high-speed axle system assembly. The traditional tightening method with the low degree of automation cannot realize the real-time measurement and accurate control of the nut tightening torque of the non-standard thread connection, and has the low efficiency. Combined with the current situation of automatic tightening technology, an automatic tightening device for high-speed shafting components is designed based on Solid Works, which can realize the high precision automatic tightening of nuts of various specifications, and conduct finite element analysis of important structures through Solid Works, and that its strength and stiffness meet the working requirements.
