Design and Application of Data-Driven Visualization Platform for Dual Robotic Arms Assembly Process
摘要
With the advent of the Internet age, the development trend of the manufacturing industry is gradually digitized and intelligent. This paper takes the dual robotic arm as the research object. Aiming at the problem of poor visualization caused by slow data interaction, a real-time data acquisition method is designed based on the Socket protocol, and the precise mapping of the data-driven assembly process is realized. Firstly, the data acquisition method of the robotic arm is improved through the Socket protocol, and the kinematics data is processed with outliers by using the threshold elimination method and the spline interpolation method to ensure the authenticity and consistency of the data; then, a front-end real-time visualization based on MQTT is designed The service realizes real-time data response on the web side, thus providing a data service basis for the entire digital twin system; finally based on WebGL technology uses the Three.js engine as the core to design the Web platform, and optimizes the LOD display, providing support for the visualization of the system assembly process.
