Development of Fast Installation System for Large Scale Model of FL-10 Wind Tunnel

摘要

Large-scale low-speed wind tunnel can better simulate the Reynolds number of the test due to its larger section size of the test section, which also brings about the problems of large test model size and inconvenient disassembly. The FL-10 wind tunnel is a multi-functional wind tunnel, which requires frequent replacement of the test model. The traditional method requires moving multiple large tonnage and large size test sections, resulting in low installation efficiency and complex process. In order to solve the above problems, we carried out research on the installation process and rapid installation method of large-scale models, developed the FL-10 wind tunnel large-scale model rapid installation system using rapid clamping and AGV intelligent handling technology, and formed a rapid installation technology system that meets the requirements of large-scale models. Through more than two years of application, the test results show that the system has good structural stability, many degrees of freedom, high degree of automation, and can realize the rapid installation of large size models. The installation efficiency is significantly better than the traditional installation methods.
