The Management System of the Whole Cycle Supply Chain of Large Aircraft Based on Collaborative Development

As one of the industries with the highest technology and knowledge concentration, the widest upstream and downstream related industries and the largest added value of products, the industrial model of civil aircraft development has evolved into a collaborative development model with whole supply chain risk sharing. By studying the development of civil aircraft supplier management at home and abroad, combining the technical characteristics and existing problems of domestic civil aircraft development, this paper puts forward the design idea of the whole life cycle supplier management system for large civil aircraft under the collaborative development environment, and carries out the optimization design for the domestic current situation according to the system content. The results show that the optimized system can further improve the management level of the suppliers of large civil aircraft projects, shorten the development cycle, reduce the cost of R&D, manufacturing and operation, reduce the risk of R&D, facilitate airworthiness, and enhance the competitiveness of the products.
