Design Principle and Application for Automotive Wiring Corrugated Pipe Cutting Machine

A kind of automatic cutting machine for corrugated pipes is developed, it is of automatic feed, automatic cutting, rapid lock, automatic detecting and accurate positioning. Mechanical parts include corrugated tube’s feeding mechanism, its cut-off and positioning device. Electrical control part’s role is to coordinate the function of plastic corrugated pipe cutting machine, the detection parts are to detect the location of the convex platform and feedback by image acquisition and feature extraction method. The result shows that the cutting machine for corrugated pipe is stable, efficient and automatic machining equipment.
