Knowledge Reuse Method of Configuration Design Based on Knowledge Graph Embedding

摘要

Product design knowledge is one of the fundamental competitiveness of enterprises. Aiming at the problems of multi-source heterogeneous knowledge and lack of effective design knowledge management and reuse methods in the process of complex product configuration design, a configuration design knowledge reuse method based on knowledge graph embedding is proposed. Firstly, an ontology-based configuration design knowledge model is defined, and the architecture of design knowledge is determined. On this basis, the BERT-BiLSTM-CRF model is used to automatically extract knowledge entities from a large number of unstructured design documents, and then the configuration design knowledge graph is constructed. Then, based on the knowledge graph embedding technology, combined with the knowledge reasoning method of link prediction, the rapid acquisition of design knowledge under the specific configuration relationship is realized, and the design personnel can be assisted to generate product configuration schemes. Finally, the method is tested with a high-speed train bogie configuration design as a case, and the feasibility of the method in the design process is verified.
