摘要

To study the optimization effect of nano tungsten disulfide and 1-octyl-3-methylimidazole hexafluorophosphate ionic liquid on the tribological performance and physicochemical properties of lubricating oil. Poly(α-olefin)PAO4 was used as the base oil, and magnetic stirrer and ultrasonic homogenizer were employed to prepare the nano-lubricants. The tribological properties of the nano-lubricants were tested by four-ball friction tester, and the physicochemical properties of the lubricants were comparatively tested by Fourier infrared spectroscopy, viscometer, and thermal conductivity tester, etc., so that the optimization principle of tribological properties could be explained. The results show that both the addition of nanoparticles and ionic liquids can optimize the physicochemical properties of the lubricant to a greater extent, and the addition of both of them can play a superimposed effect of optimization; the average friction coefficient of the nano-lubricant after the addition of ionic liquids has a maximum of 28% reduction relative to the base oil, and at the same time significantly optimize the wear situation of the wear spots, and its wear spot diameter optimization degree reaches up to 44%.
