Bradyrhizobium Elkanii’s Genes Classification with SVM
摘要
The oral cavity is one of the five major human parts that the human microbiome. Microorganisms are a group of tiny, invisible organisms, which must be magnified thousands or even tens of thousands of times to be observed. Bradyrhizobium elkanii’s is one of the most significant oral microorganisms. In this work, we focus on the classification of Bradyrhizobium elkanii’s coding genes and non-coding ones. We selected the whole genome information from the web resource. And then, we extracted the coding genes and the non-coding genes. We employed the enhanced nucleic acid composition as the features and we utilized the linear SVM as the classification model.
