摘要

Polymer composites are in need for day to day life in automobile industries and aerospace industries. This paper is based on the PD based Vitrimer polymer-based composites. To enhance the action of the Vitrimerization process the addition of several components such as mango leaves (ML) and Polydopamine (PDA) are investigated. Since these materials have hydroxyl groups in them, they help with the rate of exchange reaction which in turn helps in the Vitrimerization process. In the case of polydopamine, the coating of polydopamine on epoxy powder might help to enhance the reaction exchange rate as well as for the thermomechanical characteristics by mechanochemical Vitrimerization procedures. To do this, first, the epoxy powder is coated with PDA and functionalized PDA-based epoxy powder using the vitrimerized healing agent by the mechanochemical process. Based on this PDA and ML, the vitrimer is made and then the thermal characterization of the product is investigated after introducing into vitrimer polymer composites. Preparation of epoxy vitrimer powder is depicted thoroughly and thermal investigation has been carried out successfully.
