摘要

The design and implementation of a fully integrated 2.5-Gbps transimpedance amplifier (TIA) with large dynamic range and automatic gain control (AGC) were introduced in this chapter. By deploying three AGC-controlled current paths in the low-noise pre-amplifier stage, the transimpedance amplifier can accommodate a significantly increased input current.
