Commutated-Phase Resonance Suppression in Synchronous Rectification Mode for Bidirectional Bridgeless PFC Converters
摘要
Aiming at the problem that the inductor current of bidirectional PFC has a large spike at the moment of input voltage commutation under the synchronous rectification operation mode. Firstly, the transient model of the input voltage commutation moment of the bidirectional PFC converter is established, based on the circuit theorem. Then, it is analyzed that the inductor resonates with the parasitic capacitance of the switching device, which causes the inductor current to spike. A control strategy based on capacitor injection is proposed to avoid the resonance loop. Finally, the feasibility of the control strategy is verified by building an experimental platform using a bidirectional PFC in the laboratory.
