Design of an AUV Underwater Magnetic Resonant Wireless Power Transfer System

摘要

Due to the limited onboard energy of underwater robots, they face challenges in prolonged underwater cruising and operations. To address this issue, this study presents the design and simulation of a medium-power underwater magnetic resonant wireless power transfer system for an Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) with specifications of 48 V voltage, 10 A current, and 480 W power. The system includes the design of an inverter circuit, rectifier circuit, BUCK circuit, and magnetic coupler, followed by comprehensive simulation experiments. The simulation results demonstrate that the designed system meets the requirements for output voltage, current, and power, achieving an overall system efficiency of 89.75% and satisfying the performance demands.
