Comparative Study of Electromagnetic Environment and Electromagnetic Compatibility Standard of Converter Stations at Home and Abroad
摘要
Converter station is an indispensable and important facility in the power system. In order to ensure its normal operation and the stability of the power grid, all countries have formulated the corresponding electromagnetic environment and electromagnetic compatibility standards. Basing on a foreign converter station and \(\pm 800\) kV Yunguang UHVDC converter station, this paper compares the electromagnetic environment and electromagnetic compatibility standards of domestic and foreign converter stations. We found that the foreign electromagnetic compatibility standards are stricter compared with the domestic standards, and the test frequency band and test bandwidth of electronic equipment are clearly stipulated. In terms of the relevant limits of electromagnetic environment, the domestic public exposure limit is far lower than the foreign level, but the area within the converter station is not divided. Through the comparison of relevant standards at home and abroad, understanding the requirements of electromagnetic environment and electromagnetic compatibility in other countries, to help domestic enterprises undertake overseas projects and the formulation of electromagnetic environment standards in China.
