Research on Electromagnetic Interference Simulation Platform of High Voltage SiC Multi-in-One Electric Drive System

摘要

SiC power device based multi-in-one electric drive system is one of the trends for electric vehicle, which has increased difficulty for electromagnetic compatibility design. An accurate system-level electromagnetic interference simulation methods is needed for design assistance. In this paper, a high voltage SiC multi-in-one electric drive system is chosen as the research object. The conducted-radiated interference integrated simulation platform is built. Firstly, Module-based full-circuit simulation method is used for modeling of each sub-module, and its effectiveness is verified by experiments. Then, system-level conducted interference model is built by time-domain integration of equivalent circuit of sub-module. Voltage and current conducted interference are simulated separately and both verified by experiment results. After that, radiated simulation model for multi-in-one electric drive system is built by 3-D finite element test bench model and its equivalent circuit. Radiated interference is calculated by input of conducted interference simulation results and is also compared by experiments. At last, reasonable high-voltage filter and its parameter is design by the simulation platform, both conducted and radiated interference are suppressed effectively and predetermined target is reached. Thus reliability of quantitative guidance of noise suppression for proposed platform is verified.
