Design and Research of One-Piece Bionic Life Jacket Based on Virtual Reality Technology

Through the investigation of different types of life vests in China and other countries, it is found that the structure of life vests is generally single and the fitness is not strong. Therefore, based on the theory of ergonomics, with the aid of one-piece clothing structure, on the basis of the traditional Chinese one-piece design techniques, the structural design method of one-piece life jacket is derived. CLO3D computer aided system was used to simulate the detailed process of garment stitching, and its structure and properties were described. Through experiments, it is concluded that one-piece bionic water life jacket has excellent performance, stronger adaptability, innovation and stability, and one-piece clothing can also achieve the beauty and adaptability that multi-piece clothing can achieve.
