This paper delineates the conception, cultivation, and application of the Geospatial-Temporal Data Grid Smart Service Platform for the Beibu Gulf Marine Ranch. This platform amalgamates a multitude of pivotal data elements and both software and hardware components. It employs BeiDou grid code technology to orchestrate geospatial-temporal data, refining retrieval algorithms to elevate data indexing efficiency and augment the discernment and governance of diverse, heterogeneous data sources within the marine ranch. The platform encompasses a multitude of modules, spanning marine ecological milieu surveillance, buoy data scrutiny and analysis, as well as radar oversight systems, thereby enabling a comprehensive scrutiny of marine ranch production operations and ecological integrity.
