The chapter explores professional and legal definitions of community inclusivity for health social well-being with disability, intersecting with human rights laws and regulations to outline principles and standards for equal health rights for all people. The chapter also presents the history of community disability inclusivity practices for health social well-being, framing the evolution of disability inclusivity through critical disability theory frameworks and considering how disability inclusivity promotes health and social well-being. Additionally, the chapter discusses current practices in health social well-being and inclusivity, highlighting communities aimed at promoting social well-being and disability inclusivity.
