Robust Medical Data Sharing System Based on Blockchain and Threshold Rroxy Re-encryption

In recent years, data processing technology has been continuously developed, and the hospital information system (HIS) has become more and more perfect. However, the upgrading speed of security attack technology is far beyond people’s expectations. HIS is facing considerable challenges in the safe sharing of medical privacy data. Therefore, A blockchain-based robust medical data sharing system (BMDSS) is proposed. BMDSS uses blockchain technology to store medical privacy data and data-sharing records, realizing the decentralization of the entire system and the non-tamperable modification of data-sharing documents. BMDSS adopts threshold proxy re-encryption technology in the privacy data sharing process and uses proxy server clusters for ciphertext conversion without revealing the patient’s private key, reducing the risk of the original key being leaked and enhancing the robustness of the entire system to achieve secure sharing, stable sharing, and transparent sharing of private data. Finally, a robust medical information security sharing system is obtained.
