摘要

The main aim of this paper is power quality enhancement in smart grid via power factor correction (PFC) using adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) controller. As the number of non-linear loads and distributed energy resources (DER) on medium and low voltage distribution networks grows, it becomes harder to meet power quality criteria in residential electrical grids. PFC rectifiers are being used in more and more home appliances, but this doesn’t help lower the total harmonic distortion (THDv) in the residential electrical grid (THDv). The ANFIS controller was used to evaluate and construct a real-time power factor converter to minimize THDv. The PFCs for THDI or conventional resistance emulation modes help to regulate distribution feeder THDV and PF. As a consequence, they are used in the distribution system. The ANFIS control approach improves the performance of the boost inverter. With the help of MATLAB/Simulink, the findings indicate that an ANFIS controller delivers the best possible output.
