Modeling and Speed Control of DC Motor

Electrical machine dynamic models require computer-aided tools such as MATLAB Simulink. Electrical machinery's dynamic behavior is critical for various reasons, including motor speed and angular control. DC motors have long been utilized in applications that need excellent controllability, such as robotic systems. The DC motor is utilized in applications that require a wide range of speeds and speed regulation, such as electric traction systems. An overview of DC machine speed control and modeling using the MATLAB Simulink is done by applying controller techniques like PID and fuzzy to improve the transient. The primary goal of this paper is to show how different controllers and DC motor speeds may be controlled.
