Wheelchair Control Using IoT and Fall Detection Mechanism

The use of high-end technology is becoming a trend and necessity in today’s life segment. One of such use of high-end technology is implemented in the wheelchair, which is one of the major steps in integrating people with severe physical disabilities. Driving a wheelchair in a home environment is difficult even for the average person and it is even more difficult for people with a leg disability. To overcome the difficulty of physical movement for such persons, a wheelchair is designed, which can be either remotely controlled by the caretaker or controlled by the hand gestures of the suffering person.
