Properties of Nucleon Resonances

We show how to calculate the electromagnetic transition amplitude and the decay width of one pion emission of nucleon resonance using the Sakai-Sugimoto model, and how to define the electromagnetic and axial currents using the GKP-Witten relation. An alternative definition of the current based on the Skyrmion derived from this model is also presented. The electromagnetic transition amplitudes and decay widths obtained from the two currents are compared with experimental data.
