摘要

Co-living or communal living is a shared residential concept for achieving a sustainable living environment that resembles a dormitory design to accommodate many residents at once. The concept of co-living as a residential solution for school students, higher education students, and workers. This is because the cost of housing at that time was very expensive, while co-living offered a cheaper living fee and was valid for a short rental period. The millennial generation is a demographic group that tends to choose to live together (co-living) because the general consumer trend is heading toward a sharing economy. Co-living is now a solution for the younger generation whose population is getting bigger. The increase in co-living comes from various factors, including the complete facilities and the joy of living with other people who share the same interests. However, co-living currently does not accommodate the activities that are of interest to millennial residents. For that, we need a joint interaction facility that is of interest to millennials.
