Main Conclusions and Future Prospects

AI has become a constitutive element of our human society, and its technology not only has rapidly empowered the economic and social development, but also raised many legal and ethical issues that are highly relevant to the characteristics and development of AI technology itself. In the field of criminal law, the gap created in the imputation for negligence crime involving AI poses the challenge to the traditional imputation theory. It is for this reason that this study attempts to provide a reasonable imputation system for the negligence crime involving AI.
