The chapter is dedicated to the fate of lawyer Zh. Akbaev, full of trials, struggles, dismissals, persecution, prisons, and exiles. While defending the interests of the people, he was inconvenient for any government. This highly educated man, instead of a successful career, chose the difficult path of liberating his people from colonial oppression.
