The chapter tells about a member of the government of Alash autonomy A. Ermekov, the author of textbooks and terminological dictionaries in mathematics. A. Ermekov was the main speaker on the determination of the borders of Kazakhstan at a meeting of the Council of People's Commissars on the formation of Kazakh autonomy within the USSR.
