Continuing the Fight Alone. Mustafa Shokay (1890–1941)

The chapter talks about M. Shokay, the official representative of the Provisional Government in the Turkestan region. Having emigrated during the civil war, he accused the Soviet government of continuing the tsarist colonial policy, and told the European public about man-made famine, the forced migration of a million people, and political repression.
