摘要
This chapter describes the activities of the lawyer Zh. Dosmukhamedov, who defended the idea of autonomy for the Kazakhs. After criticizing the land policies pursued by the colonial administration, he was prohibited from serving in the regional Resettlement Administration. During the period of creation of autonomy, he formed the bodies of state power: the Provisional Government, the Provincial Kurultai, the Zemstvo Administration, the Defense Committee, the Supreme Court, and the militia. Zh. Dosmukhamedov participated in negotiations with Lenin and Stalin regarding the formation of Kazakh autonomy.
