This chapter tells about the first Kazakh engineer M. Tynyshpayev, railways, bridges, and canals builder. He fought against the abuses and lawlessness of the colonial authorities, opposed the Russification of the Kazakhs, and defended the participants and victims of the 1916 Revolt.
