摘要

In today’s healthcare landscape, the integration of science and technology has greatly impacted various aspects of patient care, particularly in the management and preservation of blood and its derivatives. This is of paramount importance as there exists no viable natural or artificial substitute for blood. With a high demand for blood and its products, the primary source of supply comes from voluntary donors. However, in regions like the Mekong Delta in Vietnam, the process of blood donation and preservation presents significant challenges. To address these challenges, this paper proposes an innovative solution utilizing blockchain technology, smart contracts, and Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs). This work represents a groundbreaking approach that combines technical expertise, human collaboration, and organizational innovation to enhance the healthcare sector, particularly in blood management. Furthermore, it serves as a compelling case study that contributes to our understanding of the intricate relationship between collaboration and technology.
