Design and Application of a Dual Channel High-Speed Conveying and Cutting System for Cigarette Packaging Color Film Positioning Based on FOCKE Model

摘要

In order to solve the problem of double-channel phase error in color film packaging of FOCKE753 packaging machine, the present packaging machine was optimized and improved. The improved method is to add a set of color film positioning output slitting device and an independent film length correction device under the existing FOCKE753 packaging machine, the mathematical function model of output slitting device and length correcting device is constructed. The original transparent paper feeding stick was changed into independent drive, while the host machine was moving, the printing position was detected, the offset of color film printing was corrected by using the mathematical model of length correction, and the feasibility of positioning accuracy of two channels was calculated, the accuracy of the equipment is improved. After the improvement, the reject rate of color film positioning was reduced from 50% to 0.18%, the stability of product quality was improved greatly, and the production speed could keep the rated full speed of 500 packs/min. In this paper, Focke753 small film Packer can cover both transparent film and color film, improve the beauty and quality of the package to meet the individual needs of the domestic and foreign markets.
