Research on Optimization of the Frame of the First Stage Threshing

In order to study the effect of frame on the quality of the shape and size of tobacco strips after the first stage of threshing, a numerical model of the first stage thresher was constructed using the EDEM Recurdyn collaborative simulation method. Through the study of numerical simulation models, the stress situation of the rhombic frame during the leafing process was obtained. Based on this, the rhombic frame was improved and experiments were conducted. The experimental results show that the profile quality of the frame is better than that of the common rhombic frame.
