Analysis on the Drying Effect of the Flow Field in the Lower Air-Inlet Drying Area of the Tobacco Redrying Machine
摘要
In order to study the uniformity of tobacco layer drying in the air inlet drying area under the redrying machine. This article uses the EDEM Fluent coupling method to simulate and calculate the air inlet drying area of a tobacco redrying machine in a Yunnan redrying factory, and analyzes the uniformity of the drying process. The research results indicate that due to the influence of unilateral air intake, there is an uneven distribution of wind speed on the conveyor belt surface from left to right. For the temperature and moisture of the tobacco leaf layer, there is a phenomenon of uneven drying along the conveyor belt direction. The temperature in the right part of the tobacco layer is significantly higher than that in the left and middle parts, and the average moisture content of the right tobacco layer is significantly lower than that of the left and middle tobacco layers. The temperature variation coefficient is 2.77%, and the moisture variation coefficient is 2.23%
