The automation degree of modern tobacco silk production equipment is very high, but it is unable to accurately control the core technology of cigarette silk making. In the final analysis, it lacks the basic application research of the intrinsic nature, the key technical indicators of the silk making process and the fine quality production control technology. In the study of refining production technology of flavor and the practical application of new formula, the construction of fragrance control system as the core of process control, the use of advanced and reliable controller and control equipment, the establishment of fragrance production test line. According to the characteristics of the test line of silk making, namely the actual situation and demand of small total amount of tobacco, low flow rate and low ratio of adding fragrance and feeding, by reducing the proportion with the production line, the research of multi-batch small flow rate of adding flavor is carried out, and the process design, main process design and control software programming and implementation of adding fragrance control system are completed. Can adapt to multiple batches, different batches of product development and process research requirements, so as to meet the enterprise fine production and new product development, new process research and flavor research work needs.
