Research on the Influence of the Position of the Reverse Throwing Plate on the Wind Field Inside the Wind Separation Machine Based on CFD-DEM

In the tobacco industry, the air blower is one of the most important production equipment in the threshing and redrying process. The internal wind field of the tobacco leaf wind separation machine is relatively complex and cannot be directly observed as a “black box” state, which also provides direction for research. In order to study the impact of different anti throwing material plates on the internal wind field distribution of the wind separation machine, this article takes different positions of anti throwing material plates as the research object. Through computational fluid dynamics and Fluent simulation research on the internal flow field of the wind separation machine, combined with the CFD-DEM coupling model, the optimal installation position of the anti throwing material plate is finally determined, greatly improving the internal wind field distribution of the wind separation machine and thereby improving the wind separation effect, provide reference for future wind field research of wind turbines.
