Analysis of the Impact of Frame Structure and Roller Parameters on the Quality of Tobacco Leaf-Threshing Based on Discrete Element Method

摘要

In order to solve the problem of lower large slice rate compared to high and medium slice rate after tobacco leaf-threshing, which no longer meets the requirements of the new version of cigarette technology. This article uses the discrete element method to configure different roller speeds for sharp diamond, hollow diamond, and diamond frame columns, and conducts numerical simulation research on the blading process. The analysis and experimental verification of the results indicate that: (1) When the roller speed is 535rpm and the sharp diamond shaped frame is used, the large slice rate decreases by about 14% and the medium slice rate increases by about 9%; After using the hollow diamond frame bar, the large slice rate decreases by about 9% and the medium slice rate increases by about 6%. (2) The significance test value between the number of sharp corners in the frame and the speed of the roller on the percentage of intermediate pieces is less than 0.05, indicating that both are extremely significant and positively correlated.
